Relief Sheet Metal

In general a minimum bend relief is equal to the material thickness plus the inside bend radius.

Relief sheet metal. A 1 degree tolerance on all bend angles. This is due to excessive localized stresses from the work hardening forces imposed on the metal. Under corners click collect all corners to list all corners in the sheet metal body. You can add a corner relief to a single sheet metal body.
